You will be directed to the survey using the link below.

Join the wait list
At the end of the survey, you will directed to the Fold credit card waitlist signup. Join the waitlist using the provided link.
*Only signing up for the waitlist through the referral link provided in the survey will qualify for this promotion.

Confirm your email
Once you have entered your email for the Fold credit card waitlist, you will receive an email from Fold requiring you to confirm your email address. This will need to be done before you can receive your Amazon gift card.

Receive your gift card
Once we have verified that you have completed all the required steps, we will send you a promotional $10 amazon gift card.
Please allow up to 1-4 weeks for processing. Gift card will be sent to the email provided in the survey. Limit 1 gift card per email.
